Have a website problem? Say it plain.

Run the Website Check for one public page. If something is broken, confusing, or expensive, call, text, or email Little Fight directly.

What to send

Send the business name, website, what feels wrong, and what you need to happen next. You do not need to name the technical category. Start with the real problem: a form that goes nowhere, a booking step that confuses people, a listing that looks wrong, or a tool that costs too much.

For urgent problems

If customers cannot pay, book, email, submit a form, reach the website, or use a core business tool, call first. We will look at the immediate issue and explain whether it needs a focused repair or a wider cleanup.

For planned improvements

If the business is not on fire but the setup feels wasteful, confusing, or too expensive, start with the free Tech Audit. That gives Little Fight NYC the right context: what the business does, how customers find it, which tools are involved, what is worth keeping, and where the money or customer leak may be. The goal is to recommend the smallest useful next move before selling a larger project.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys, payment details, or sensitive customer information through email or the audit tool. If access is needed later, Little Fight will explain a safer way to grant it.
