We only ask for what the audit needs.

What we collect

• The public website URL submitted for the audit.
• The email address used to send the report.
• Technical audit results for the submitted public page.
• Business details inferred from that public page, such as the company name, business category, city, and state.

How we use it

The email address is used to send the audit report and, when appropriate, follow up about fixing the issues found. Little Fight NYC does not sell audit submissions.

What the audit does not need

The Website Audit Lab does not need logins, passwords, recovery codes, payment details, private files, customer records, staff records, API keys, or access to business accounts. It reviews public website information and technical signals that are already visible from the outside. If a deeper project later requires access to a website, Google profile, hosting account, booking tool, or payment platform, Little Fight will walk through a safer access method outside this public form.

Report delivery and follow-up

The report is sent to the email address provided. Little Fight may use that email to follow up about the report, ask a practical clarification, or suggest the free Tech Audit when the page problem appears connected to a larger website, search, software, lead, booking, payment, or workflow issue. The point is clarity, not pressure.

Public website testing

The submitted page may be tested for speed, mobile experience, search basics, accessibility signals, trust cues, and conversion friction. The report is not a legal, financial, security, or compliance certification. It is a fast first read designed to help a business owner decide whether a focused fix, a website cleanup, IT support, local search help, or a broader systems review makes sense.

Optional analytics

If you previously chose “Allow analytics” on Little Fight NYC, Google Analytics receives this page path and bounded funnel events such as audit started, accepted, ready, or a broad failure category. Those events never include the website address, email address, audit ID, report URL, or provider error text. With “Essential only” or no choice, the Audit Lab does not load Google Analytics or send these events.

How long we keep it

The generated report and its related viewing data are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Little Fight keeps a minimal follow-up record — the email address, public business details, score, report link, and delivery status — in Netlify Database. The active follow-up record is scheduled for deletion 12 months after submission. Under Netlify’s current Pro backup lifecycle, recovery copies may remain after active deletion: scheduled backups are retained for 30 days, and on-publish backups retain the last 10 production publishes. You may ask us to delete the active follow-up record sooner.

When Little Fight approves a non-production deploy for testing, Netlify may create an isolated database copy for that branch. New audit submissions in non-production do not create durable follow-up records, and the isolated copy is removed with the branch.

Who else handles it

Running the audit means a few named services see part of a submission. Nothing is sold, and no one on this list receives more than what is described here.

• Netlify — hosts the site, runs the audit, routes the writing request through Netlify AI Gateway, stores the report scheduled for deletion after 30 days, and stores the limited follow-up record in Netlify Database.
• Google — PageSpeed Insights receives the submitted public URL for technical testing. Google Workspace and Gmail receive the recipient address and report email so the report can be delivered from Little Fight’s account. Only after analytics consent, Google Analytics receives the Audit Lab page path and bounded funnel events described above.
• Anthropic — receives publicly visible page text and technical scores through Netlify AI Gateway to help write the findings. The email address is never sent to Anthropic.

Each is a business tool under Little Fight’s own account, used to deliver the report and follow up on it, and each is governed by its own privacy terms.
