Connected intake system
One clear path for a request, even when several teams need it.
Someone asking for help gets one clear public starting point, and the staff receive the request in the protected system built to handle it. Behind that are three connected places — one for the public, one for requests, one for the staff — that feel like one service, not three unrelated tabs.
We kept the team’s own categories and names, so the human work did not have to change. A request now starts in one clear place and reaches the right staff view without someone retyping it.
The result is a connected setup the team can use and update with confidence. The useful proof is not the plumbing. It is that a request can reach the right place without extra copying.
The problem
A help service needed three connected sites. One public, one for intake, one for admin. All sharing live data. All shipping on their own.
What we kept
The team’s existing intake categories and naming.
What we changed
Made the public, intake, and staff parts work together without forcing the team to copy a request from place to place.
What they got back
A working setup where a request reaches the right place, the team can see its information, and updates do not make the other parts fall over.
Project at a glance
- One shared record — The request and staff work stay together
- Separate updates — One update does not disturb the other work
- One handoff — The request reaches the right place without copying
