Little Fight builds websites remotely across the United States. On-site tech support is a New York service, with each visit confirmed after we review the issue and location.
Confirm the scope
Check whether every device and connection is affected, and note the critical business functions that stopped.
Use approved continuity options
Follow the business’s existing payment, communication, or connectivity fallback process if one exists.
Record and escalate
Log the start time, provider status, messages, and changes made before contacting the provider or support.
Before we begin.
Should we reboot the router immediately?
Only after noting the current state and checking provider status. Repeated restarts can obscure the pattern and delay a useful provider conversation.
Can staff use personal hotspots?
Only under a business-approved process that protects customer data, account access, and payment handling. Do not make an urgent workaround permanent by accident.
What should the team tell customers?
Give a brief accurate update about the affected service and the next available option. Do not promise a restoration time you do not control.
