Little Fight builds websites remotely across the United States. On-site tech support is a New York service, with each visit confirmed after we review the issue and location.
Identify irreplaceable work
List the files, systems, and records that would interrupt the business if unavailable.
Locate the copies
Note where each item lives, who owns access, and whether another copy is actually independent.
Test a small recovery
Verify that a non-sensitive sample can be found and restored before relying on the process.
Before we begin.
Is cloud sync the same as backup?
Not always. Sync can copy deletions or changes across devices. A backup plan should consider recovery history and independent copies.
Should we factory-reset a problem device?
Not until important data, account access, and the recovery path are understood. A reset can remove useful evidence or make recovery harder.
Can a backup plan be simple?
Yes. Start with the critical work, clear ownership, and a tested recovery step. Complexity is not a substitute for knowing what will happen when a file is needed.
