Little Fight builds websites remotely across the United States. On-site tech support is a New York service, with each visit confirmed after we review the issue and location.
List day-one tasks
Write the work that cannot fail during the first open hours.
Assign account owners
Identify business-controlled access for internet, email, shared files, booking, and payments.
Test before the rush
Connect the core devices and workflows early, then document issues for follow-up.
Before we begin.
Do we need to buy everything before planning?
No. Review the work, accounts, and current equipment first. That prevents spending on tools that do not support the real workflow.
Can we plan for future growth?
Yes. Record who uses each tool and who controls each account. Choose room to grow where it helps, while keeping the first setup simple.
Can you coordinate with a provider?
The account holder manages provider arrangements. A review can clarify what details, timing, and equipment should be confirmed before the provider visit.
