Little Fight builds websites remotely across the United States. On-site tech support is a New York service, with each visit confirmed after we review the issue and location.

Describe the business goal

Say what needs to improve: clearer inquiries, a new launch, better service explanation, or a transition from an old site.

Show the current state

Share the live URL, existing pages, useful assets, and what is frustrating customers or staff.

Identify the decisions

Name the approver, timing constraints, and accounts that must remain under business control.

Before we begin.

Do I need final copy first?

No. A good brief can identify the questions the copy must answer. Existing materials and a clear service conversation are enough to scope early work.

Should I name a budget?

A range or constraint can help distinguish options, but a useful quote also needs the customer path, page needs, and account situation.

Can a quote include ongoing updates?

It can. Separate launch work from ongoing maintenance so the business knows what is included, who updates what, and how access is handled.
