Little Fight builds websites remotely across the United States. On-site tech support is a New York service, with each visit confirmed after we review the issue and location.

Check webmail

Test the primary browser login and identify whether the issue is device-specific or account-wide.

Locate control

Find the business-owned administrator, recovery contact, and billing record before changing configuration.

Reconnect deliberately

Restore the primary account first, then add devices back and record the working setup.

Before we begin.

Should we email the password to support?

No. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys, payment details, or sensitive customer information through an ordinary inquiry. A safer access process can be arranged if it is needed.

Could a domain change affect email?

It can. Business email and the website often rely on domain settings. That does not prove the domain is the cause, but it is a reason to identify ownership before changing settings.

Can old messages be kept?

Often, but the right approach depends on the provider and current access. Confirm where messages live and what must be preserved before moving accounts or making broad changes.

Talk to Little Fight.

Send a website link, an error message, or a few lines about the work. We’ll take a free first look and explain what we can help with.
