Little Fight builds websites remotely across the United States. On-site tech support is a New York service, with each visit confirmed after we review the issue and location.

Check the scope

Test the browser version of email and identify whether the failure affects one mailbox or the whole domain.

Find the owner

Locate the business-controlled administrator, recovery email, and billing contact before changing settings.

Restore in order

Verify access in the primary account first, then reconnect devices and document the final setup.

Before we begin.

Should we send our password for help?

No. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or private keys in email or a public form. A support process can explain safer ways to grant access if it becomes necessary.

Could the website domain be involved?

It can be. Business email often depends on the domain's settings, so an ownership review may include both the email provider and the domain account without assuming either is the cause.

Can old email be preserved?

Often, but the right method depends on the provider and the current state of access. Confirm what exists and where it is stored before moving accounts or making large configuration changes.

Talk to Little Fight.

Send a website link, an error message, or a few lines about the work. We’ll take a free first look and explain what we can help with.
