Little Fight builds websites remotely across the United States. On-site tech support is a New York service, with each visit confirmed after we review the issue and location.
List day-one work
Write the exact activities that must function: payments, scheduling, communication, shared files, printing, or customer access.
Confirm provider handoffs
Clarify who supplies the internet connection, equipment, account ownership, and installation timing.
Stage the setup
Set up core accounts and devices before the busy day, then document the handoff and future improvements.
Before we begin.
Do we need to buy everything before the first visit?
No. A planning review can prevent unnecessary purchases. Bring a list of what exists and what staff need to do; then decide what is essential before spending on extras.
Can you coordinate with an internet provider?
Provider arrangements stay with the account holder, but a technical review can clarify what information, equipment, and physical setup should be confirmed before the provider appointment.
What about data backup?
Decide where business files live, who owns access, and how recovery is tested. Backup should be planned alongside the workflow instead of added after a problem exposes the gap.
