Little Fight builds websites remotely across the United States. On-site tech support is a New York service, with each visit confirmed after we review the issue and location.

List every account

Include the domain, host, email, forms, analytics, booking tools, payment tools, and social profiles connected to the site.

Confirm recovery

Make sure recovery emails and phone numbers belong to the business and are still accessible.

Document the handoff

Store account roles, renewal dates, and a plain-language description of what each service does.

Before we begin.

Should a web designer own our domain?

The designer can help manage it, but the business should retain control and recovery access. That keeps a routine vendor change from becoming a dispute over a basic business asset.

What if the old developer is unavailable?

Start by identifying the domain registrar, host, and recovery contact. Public website information can help locate services, but private account recovery should follow each provider's documented process.

Do we need to share passwords?

Avoid sending passwords in ordinary email or forms. Use provider roles or a safer access process when possible, and remove access that is no longer needed after work is complete.

Talk to Little Fight.

Send a website link, an error message, or a few lines about the work. We’ll take a free first look and explain what we can help with.
