- No. Photos, a phone call, and honest talk about how your business runs are enough. The work happens on calls and screens, wherever you are.
- I’m on the West Coast. How do time zones work?
- We answer 9am to 9pm Eastern. That is 6am to 6pm Pacific. Text or email whenever you want. During that window, we aim to call back within 2 hours. Your written scope sets the project dates.
- Who takes care of the site after it launches?
- You own it, so you decide. Run it yourself with the plain instructions we provide, or keep us on call like our New York clients do.
- Is a remote build different from a New York build?
- The website process is remote either way. A New York scope may include on-site work; a nationwide website scope does not promise a local visit. Dates, responsibilities, and any qualifying timing remedy are written down before paid work starts.
